<p><strong>Feedback emails</strong></p>
<p>In the Appointment enter the Showing agents email in the <strong>Feedback sent to</strong> field  (Do not check the box as this will prevent the email from being sent).  A Feedback form will be sent to the Showing Agent, after the date and time of the appointment, automatically.  When the showing Agent completes the email the Listing agent will be sent an email from which they can click a link to view the feedback.</p>
<p><strong>Showing Confirmations</strong></p>
<p>In the Appointment enter the Showing agents email in the <strong>Confirmation sent to</strong> field  (Do not check the box as this will prevent the email from being sent).  A Showing confirmations will be sent to the Showing Agent.</p>
<p><strong>Showing confirmation to clients</strong></p>
<p>In the Client(Seller) screen (found in the Listing on the Buyer/Seller tab) enter the client email in the <strong>Appt Email</strong><strong> </strong>field.  A Showing confirmation will be sent to the client when the Appointment is checked as completed.</p>
<p><strong>Smartphone messaging</strong></p>
<p>A new format is available for Smartphone&#8217;s.  In the Agents <strong>Email sent to </strong>enter<strong> </strong>an email address that the phone picks up messages from. e.g. myname@blackberry.net or if you have a hotmail or Gmail account that your smart phone will retrieve from, enter that address and you will see the new format.</p>

When Print2RDP connects to a printer in the RDP session, on the server side of the Printer preferences dialog only the paper size, orientation, and resolution of the printing can be changed.</p>
<p>However by turning on the printer preferences in the Print2RDP Client the users local printer driver dialog will appear just prior to the print job being sent to the printer. This will allow the user to change options such as printer tray settings and other printing options.</p>

<li><strong>Feedback Forms … </strong>Once an appointment has been confirmed, a form requesting feedback can be automatically e-mailed to the Showing Agent along with the confirmation details. When the reply is received, feedback comments are automatically entered into Front Desk Manager. Now you can add your company logo and Agent photos to the the feedback form.</li>
<li><strong>Listing Activities … </strong>Listing activities such as open house dates, advertising, tours, etc., can be recorded and tracked. Activity reports can be printed/viewed from Front Desk Manager and Client Workstation.</li>
<li><strong>Client Workstation … </strong>When enabled by you, Client Workstation provides Sellers with 24/7 access to view all appointment and listing activity on their property whenever they like from any computer with Internet access.</li>
<li><strong>Upload Photos … </strong>Photos for use with your internally generated feature sheets can now be uploaded onto Front Desk Manager.</li>
<li><strong>Caller Log … </strong>&#8220;Call Type&#8221; has now been added to the Caller Log along with the ability to search by phone number as well as name. In addition, 10 questions can now be added for use with the Caller Log, seven providing a pick list to choose answers from and three are free form.</li>
<li><strong>Listing Reports … </strong>Listing Reports can now be sorted by various date types (i.e., list date, expiry date, sold date) and further sorting by street, price, agent, etc., is also available.</li>

<h1>What’s New in Accounting Transaction Manager <sup>TM</sup> ?</h1>
<ul>
<li><strong>Team Codes&#8230; </strong>Commissions can now be calculated based on team totals using Team Codes.</li>
<li><strong>Commission Advances&#8230;</strong> can be recovered based on percent of gross, net, number of payments and fixed payments.</li>
<li><strong>Direct Deposit&#8230;</strong> Direct deposits are now available for Agent Commissions.</li>
</ul>
