Without taking any of your receptionist's time, sales reps can book appointments on their listings and review appointment activity, update their in/out status, leave instructions for the front desk, view messages and send e-mails to other office members. If used in conjunction with Accounting Transaction Manager, they can also obtain their billing, production and commission data. Access is restricted by password to their data only and available at the Broker's discretion.

Clients with Internet access can check appointments on their listing along with any other listing activity (i.e., ads, open houses, etc) at their convenience.
