 “At the time (2007) our staff and duty agents were taking phone calls for appointments and leaving paper notes and phone messages. Our competitors were using automated email messaging to relay confirmation information, etc. and we realized the need to automate our appointment booking process.  At the same time we recognized that our transaction management software was getting antiquated. So, I began looking for solutions for both of those processes,” said Mike.

Software Tree offered a one-stop, turn-key, hosted solution. The implementation of Front Desk Manager (FDM) and Accounting Transaction Manager (ATM) went smooth. Much like many offices, sometimes change in daily practices is not always received with open arms, but Winston and Kathy at Software Tree were easy to work with and available to answer our Admin staff and Agents questions,” he added, “The apt booking process is much smoother – less phone calls and tracking is ten-times more efficient.  Being able to capture data on the front end (FDM), helps minimize the data entry for the back end (ATM).
