Feedback emails

In the Appointment enter the Showing agents email in the Feedback sent to field  (Do not check the box as this will prevent the email from being sent).  A Feedback form will be sent to the Showing Agent, after the date and time of the appointment, automatically.  When the showing Agent completes the email the Listing agent will be sent an email from which they can click a link to view the feedback.

Showing Confirmations

In the Appointment enter the Showing agents email in the Confirmation sent to field  (Do not check the box as this will prevent the email from being sent).  A Showing confirmations will be sent to the Showing Agent.

Showing confirmation to clients

In the Client(Seller) screen (found in the Listing on the Buyer/Seller tab) enter the client email in the Appt Email field.  A Showing confirmation will be sent to the client when the Appointment is checked as completed.

Smartphone messaging

A new format is available for Smartphone’s.  In the Agents Email sent to enter an email address that the phone picks up messages from. e.g. myname@blackberry.net or if you have a hotmail or Gmail account that your smart phone will retrieve from, enter that address and you will see the new format.
